Mapping Plants

In order to create a positive environment for the bees at Goldsmiths, we have tried to map some plants that are favorites to bees. 


For our campus, the red points show where we plan to plant. The bees can fly as far as 5 miles (back and forth) for food, so these red corners could be the nearest place that bees go foraging.



And, what kind of plants could we plant here? 
Below are some plants sorted by the season:


Yes, plant the raspberry into the site, this kind of plants are not commonly growing. The other flowers can be planted around the sports/grass field, the ivy could be planted around the walls of the building.
